I recommend the idea offered by Hy-Farm for time and independence, for constant support, for shared experience. I have a new activity, I don't have extensive experience, but I can say that it is the kind of activity that makes you happy because you see how the plants grow, you relate to a pleasant environment, and you have time to take care of yourself.

The microgreens business

Building a local microgreens business involves both production and commercial work. Hy-Farm provides a structured system, training and guidance, while each partner remains responsible for consistent growing, local outreach, follow-up and client relationships. The model has no monthly royalties, but it requires active execution and operating discipline.

Based on Hy-Farm’s current working scenario, the initial investment may be recovered in approximately 3–6 months when a partner progressively builds recurring restaurant clients and consistently follows the commercial process. Actual results vary by market, pricing, operating costs, owner labour, taxes, time invested, sales execution and client retention. This is an illustrative working scenario, not a guaranteed individual result. The business may be operated part-time, but it still requires regular production, sales and client care.

The Hy-Farm system combines automated lighting, ventilation and irrigation with structured production guidance. These tools are designed to help partners build a repeatable indoor growing routine and offer locally produced microgreens suited to their customers’ needs.

MICROGREENS BUSINESS SYSTEM

HY-FARM Microgreens Package

The HY-FARM MICROGREENS package is a structured local business opportunity for entrepreneurs prepared to combine consistent production with active sales and client care.

The automated hydroponic system supports a repeatable indoor growing process through managed lighting, ventilation and irrigation. It reduces some manual production steps, while the operator remains responsible for monitoring crops, maintaining the system and protecting product quality.

The equipment package includes growing-system components and practical accessories, together with an initial supply of raw materials for 1,000 pots of microgreens. Final contents and specifications are confirmed in the current commercial documentation before purchase.

The training programme covers the production process and the practical marketing and sales routines needed to begin building a local client base. It draws on experience developed with more than 300 partners across 18 European countries, while recognising that each market and operator is different.

Our partner training’s consists of learning all the stages fundamental to the progress of the business, from the production of microgreens to the sales process and creating your own marketing. For these learning sessions, you have the opportunity to have unlimited access to a learning platform, where any partner can continuously prepare to be a professional microgreens producer.

The first three months include 12 weekly one-to-one consulting sessions. Partners can use these sessions to review production, local outreach, follow-up and operating questions. Guidance helps turn uncertainty into practical next steps, but progress and financial outcomes still depend on the partner’s execution and market.

Eligible production-system components and accessories are supplied with a 12-month warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms. Exact coverage, exclusions and the replacement process are confirmed in the current commercial documentation.

Extra services may be available for partners who need support beyond the core package. Availability, scope, cost and suitability are confirmed before any additional service is selected.

After purchase, the first three months include 12 weekly one-to-one consulting sessions focused on production, sales and the operating routine. Hy-Farm provides structure and practical guidance; the partner remains responsible for execution, costs and client relationships.

The system uses managed lighting, ventilation and irrigation to support indoor microgreens production. Resource use depends on the chosen setup and operating conditions, so no universal water or energy saving is promised.
