A visible implementation path

A roadmap gives the beginning somewhere to go.

The first 12 weeks connect the production process with the work of building a local business. The value comes from applying the learning between sessions, then using the next conversation to review what happened.

Phase01

Understand the system and your responsibilities.

Learn the production method, prepare the working environment and clarify the routines that need consistent attention.

Phase02

Put production into practice and observe carefully.

Follow the process, build a repeatable rhythm and bring questions forward before small issues become larger ones.

Phase03

Begin developing the local market.

Build a relevant prospect list, start restaurant conversations, present samples thoughtfully and follow up with a clear next action.

Phase04

Use feedback to strengthen the complete routine.

Connect production observations with customer responses, review what is working and prepare the next useful actions.

The exact pace varies by preparation, market activity and execution. These phases describe the implementation movement, not guaranteed weekly milestones or business results.

The working rhythm

The value appears between the sessions.

The weekly conversation gives questions a regular place to go. Progress still depends on doing the production and customer-development work, observing what happens and bringing useful information back into the next review.

01

Learn

Understand the next part of the process and why it matters.

02

Apply

Put the learning into the real production and business routine.

03

Bring questions

Use concrete observations instead of waiting for uncertainty to grow.

04

Adjust

Clarify the next action and return to the work with a better plan.

Andrei

Dae Travel

Guidance and execution

The program creates direction. You still build the business.

The first 12 weeks are an implementation period, not a waiting period. The guidance helps you understand and review the work. It does not replace production discipline, market activity or follow-up.

01

Protect the working time

Attend the sessions and make room to apply the learning between them.

02

Follow the process consistently

Observe the production routine, record what happens and raise issues early.

03

Build local customer activity

Approach relevant restaurants, present the product and follow up respectfully.

04

Use feedback to improve

Bring real information into each review and turn it into the next useful action.

Questions before applying.

Yes. The average working rhythm is around 20 hours a week, although actual time depends on production volume, sales activity, deliveries, location and team structure.
No previous agricultural experience is required. You do need to learn and follow the production process, monitor it consistently and actively build restaurant relationships. The training reduces the learning gap; it does not remove the work.
A typical Hy-Farm setup requires approximately 8 to 10 m² of appropriate indoor production space. The room must also meet the operating conditions explained during qualification and onboarding.
Hy-Farm provides the professional growing equipment, an initial supply of raw materials for 1,000 pots of microgreens, structured training, 12 weekly one-to-one sessions, access to the online learning platform and practical guidance. The partner operates production locally and is responsible for prospecting, samples, follow-up, deliveries and client relationships.
The first three months include 12 weekly one-to-one sessions with a human consultant, alongside access to the Hy-Farm online learning platform and guidance across production, business execution, marketing and sales.
