Hy-Farm began in 2018 with a practical question: how can someone start a local microgreens business with a clearer production and commercial process? Today, more than 300 Hy-Farm partners operate across 18 European countries. Based on an average of 15 restaurant clients per partner, the network is estimated to serve approximately 4,500 restaurants across Europe.
Behind the Hy-Farm system is a multidisciplinary team working across production, training, sales, digital operations and partner support. Their role is to provide practical guidance during onboarding and help partners turn questions into clear next steps as they build their local business.
